You will be able to fish from the dock or along the shore. You're likely to catch salmon, trout, and bass. Make sure you know the local fishing rules before throwing your first cast!

Lake Winnipesaukee is 21 miles long! You can go on casual canoe trips, staying within view of the lake house. And when you are feeling adventurous, you can canoe around Cow Island. Don't forget the map!
We have a raft moored off of our point. You will swim to it easily from the cove or the dock. And you can view whoever is on the raft from the deck and the dock.

Loons are shy creatures. But there are many nesting pairs in our area. So, you will likely see and hear them!
There is a propane grill on the deck. Plan to prepare your meals outside while enjoying the panoramic views of the lake!
You will enjoy amazing sunsets from the breakwater dock and from the Main Cabin deck. This picture is taken from the deck.
The kids will love jumping off of the dock into the cove, and then swimming to the beach.
If you are in need of some peace and solitude, go kayaking. It is fun, calming, and good exercise!

A great blue heron lives in our cove. Make sure to have binoculars and a camera at the ready!
Visit Arethusa Falls. This 160-foot tall waterfall is a 1 1/2 hour drive from the lake house.
The beach is protected by the breakwater dock and thus, it is a safe and fun place for little kids!
